Hydroclathrus clathratus (P)

H. clathratus has been used for centuries in traditional cuisine and medicine of island cultures, such as Hawaii. This species is also eaten in New Zealand and Thailand; in India is eaten as salad; consumed in Bangladesh and Philippines.
